What can I do today?

What does “Coming soon” mean?

Designed and in build; not available yet. We do not publish dates. When a feature ships, its label comes off this page.

What do I need to start a project?

A story: CineKit builds the Canon (the cast, places and props) from it. Coming soon: uploading a PDF, writing straight from a script and building Canon from your own images.

Is there a free plan?

Free (200 tokens per month) is part of the launch plans and is coming soon. No card is needed, because there is no checkout yet.

Can I buy a plan today?

Not yet. CineKit is in private beta: plans are shown for preview, and checkout is coming soon.

What does a token buy?

A token is the unit of spend. Tokens are metered by what you generate: a one-time Canon setup per project, the film plan, preview images and seconds of video. The meter shows the live rates.

Is there an MCP server?

It is coming soon: direct CineKit from your AI tools.

Is audio included?

Not yet. Generated audio is coming soon. Where a film on this page has sound, it is a music track mixed into the cut, not audio generated by CineKit.

Are my projects private?

Projects are private to your team.

Is the imagery on this site real?

Every image and clip is AI-generated with CineKit; illustrations are labelled as illustrations.
